Mr. Raju has successfully delivered EPC projects across the power sector, including Biomass, Mini Hydro, Solar PV (Rooftop & Ground Mounted), and EHV Substations & Transmission Lines up to 132 kV, for various electricity boards in India and abroad. His technical expertise spans preliminary design, testing, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.

Mr. S. Rao Cheepuri, Head of Design & Director, oversees project evaluation, execution, and overall operational control for the company. With a strong passion for electrical systems and more than 25 years of experience in leading organizations in India and abroad, he brings exceptional expertise in electrical system design, detailed engineering, and EPC project management.

His portfolio includes strategic leadership and technical proficiency in AIS & GIS substations up to 400 kV, HT/LT power distribution systems, control and protection schemes, product development, and end-to-end project delivery—from concept to commissioning. He also has hands-on experience in the erection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of power plant and substation equipment.

Previously, he served as Chief General Manager, heading both Design and Projects departments. He was a core member of the Strategic Growth System Engineering Team, representing engineering at the highest level and steering complex international assignments, product development initiatives, and engineering services.
